I charge a $200 consultation/processing fee to review your schedule of real estate, help you write your
hardship letter, collect all needed documentation and package your financial data in the best light for
submission to your lender.
There is also a $25 credit report fee and a $199.95 fee for an REO market analysis report of your property
(paid to a third party vendor) to assist in showing your lender why modification is more cost effective than
foreclosure.
You do not pay any additional fees for your modification
unless you are satisfied with the result!
